Rules and guidelines

Pre- Approved Social Gatherings should kindly adhere to the following rules

– Noise Curfew of 11:00pm
– Not More than 10 – 15 Guests in the property at a time
– No Illicit drugs of any kind
– Kindly limit smoking to the balcony areas
– Any Damage to fittings or furniture will be charged to the checked in Guests’ security deposit. If there is a payable balance, this will be invoiced accordingly.
– A Deep Cleaning Fee of 20,000 NGN is applicable

General House Rules

1. Kindly limit Smoking to the balcony areas
2. No pets allowed.
3. Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
4. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
5. Please respect the noise curfew.
6. Kindly switch off sockets and appliances when not in use
7. Please turn off the AC when you go out.
8. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
9. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of 10,000 NGN.
10. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
11. Please don’t rearrange the furniture or appliances

Cleaning Guidelines

– A caretaker is available from 8am till 12noon to attend to daily cleaning needs
– Cleaning Supplies are in a caddy underneath the sink
